The app is designed for self-management, symptom tracking, and educational support between visits.
Entries are not watched by clinicians, clinics, hospitals, or emergency teams in real time.
If you have severe symptoms or feel unsafe, seek urgent or emergency medical care instead of relying on the app.
By creating an account, accessing, or using LiverSignals, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
If you are using the app for someone else, such as a family member, you are responsible for having permission to enter and manage their information.
LiverSignals is intended to help patients and caregivers organize symptom check-ins, review trends, prepare for medical visits, and learn in plain language about cirrhosis-related topics.
The app does not currently integrate with electronic health records, clinic systems, or hospital systems.
The app and its content are for educational and self-management purposes only. Nothing in the app should be treated as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment guidance.
You should always use your own judgment and contact your physician, hepatologist, nurse, or other qualified clinician for medical questions.
The app is not an emergency service and is not monitored by healthcare professionals. It cannot send urgent messages to a clinic, emergency department, or emergency responders.
If you have severe symptoms, new confusion, vomiting blood, black stools, trouble breathing, fainting, or feel unsafe, seek urgent medical care or call 911.
